Yes, many of our sellers have their sold properties while being hundreds of miles away. As long as you are reasonably reachable by phone and/or email, you can do the entire sales process remotely.
Please keep in mind that our services do not include property management or property supervision services of any kind. Typically, out of town home sellers will have a friend, family member, or neighbor nearby who assists with such kind of services if needed. Also, the closing/title company may have an additional charge for performing a closing where the seller does not attend. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
