I already have a Zillow/Trulia listing, will your listing overwrite that listing?

Generally, we can set the listing to not distribute/overwrite the listing information on these websites as long as we are told before or at the time the listing is being entered into the MLS. If this is important to you, please include a note such as "do not overwrite existing Zillow/Trulia listing" in the questions/comments box on your order, and then please also include a reminder note when you return your MLS listing input information.
