As of 2021, MLSNow is the new name of Yes MLS (formerly named NEOHREX Northeast Ohio Real Estate Exchange), which is a regional Multiple Listing Service formed in 2009 when the Northern Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service (NORMLS) based in Independence, formed a partnership to operate a single MLS with the Centralized Real Estate Information Services, Inc. (CRIS) MLS, based at P.O. Box 2999 Akron, OH 44309. Shortly thereafter in 2010, the Zanesville Board of Realtors and Cambridge Board of Realtors (now a combined entity known as the Guernsey-Muskingum Valley Association Of Realtors) came onboard. This combined entity involved all of the local Realtor Associations listed below.
In 2011, the Wayne-Holmes Association of Realtors® at 145 E Liberty St Wooster, OH 44691 merged their listings into the NEOHREX MLS. Previously, that MLS covered the two county area that spanned from Wooster to Millersburg.
In 2015, the Tri-State MLS based in Wintersville, and serving the greater Steubenville area, joined its listings and membership with NEOHREX.
In 2016, the Mid-Ohio Valley MLS moved its listings and members from Marietta and Parkersburg boards into NEOHREX.
