I chose this ocmpany for several reasons. The package includes a lockbox, which is a good selling point. One of the deciding factors was the design of the yard sign. I like the fact that it reads "Buyer Agents Welcome" in big letters. Also, the website clearly states what is included in the package. Finally, the fact that the business is a member of the BBB was very important to me when making my decision.
